I find this terrifying because many people do not know if they will be able to have a kid with their partner, and while reading this, I thought about how this could be me in the future. People cannot just decide to put their own sperm in someone. I think I would definitely sue the doctor as well. I just do not think it is right for their own doctor to not tell them what was going on.
I had no idea this was something that happened. Maybe I put too much faith in basic human decency... The fact that he never disclosed what he had done proves he knew what he was doing was wrong. His actions were a serious breach of trust, in a time when a couple was vulnerable and asking for help.
