I like that this article does not advocate against animal testing, but rather a shift in the philosophy and practices of science. While they bring up valid points about the reliability of animal testing, I do not know if they re going to have any success in changing the way scientific research is performed. Scientists are notoriously difficult when it comes to changing their ways, and its probably going to take mountains of empirical evidence to influence a change.
