Vaginal Seeding

A good example of an approach based on a theory that sounds perfectly sensible.  But what makes something perfectly sensible?  Read about it HERE.

  1. I agree with the final statement in the article. I think more research should be done on this topic before any conclusive decisions are made. Unless any significant benefits of vaginal seeding come to light through further research, I see no reason to expose the baby to potentially harmful bacteria. Otherwise, I think it would be prudent to follow Clausen's advice and breastfeed the baby for at least a year, have regular skin-to-skin contact and not partake in unnecessary C-sections. -Jordan Carl
